Western North Carolina is grappling with the aftermath of a devastating hurricane that swept through our area, causing widespread destruction and displacing thousands of residents.
Western Carolina Hunter Pace is making an effort to assist with donations for recovery. The Tryon Hounds Hunter Pace event which was postponed by the storm is now scheduled for October 20, 2024.
Portions of the proceeds from the Tryon Hounds Hunter Pace event will be donated to the Hurricane Helene Relief effort in our area. If you can't ride, please consider donating to those in need.
While we are happy to hear from them, we are sad to know that many of our participants, particularly from Tennessee will not be able to join our events until after the roads have been repaired- a task that may take many months.
